There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done.

One is called yesterday and the other is called tomorrow, so today is the right day to love, believe, do, and mostly live.

The Why

Why Wellness & Performance Coaching?

I work with individuals in both one-on-one and group settings to explore the connection between mind and body. My goal is to help adults and adolescents experience a more peaceful, productive, and rewarding life at home, school, work, or while competing athletically. I combine Eastern and Western health modalities to create a holistic, body-focused approach to centering and wellness. As a performance coach for over 10 years, I have collaborated with nearly a dozen performance driving clubs, including the BMW Car Club of North America and the Audi Club, as well as defensive driving non-profits. In my wellness work I use a combination of modalities including BrainMoves, BrainGym, Somatic Experiencing and Yoga Therapy

Through this work, I discovered the significant advantages of addressing the mental aspects of physical performance. This realization led me to explore goal-focused movement modalities like BrainGym, along with methods such as BrainMoves and Touch for Health. Today, I am a certified personal trainer specializing in somatic therapy and corrective exercises that link mind and body. I believe we can't be our best selves, either emotionally or physically, without unifying these experiences and addressing the physical manifestations of our emotions, anxieties, and goals.  My areas of focus include helping individuals ground their bodies to overcome performance blocks, PTSD, anxiety, or focus issues. I work with children and adults through a trauma-informed and neurodiverse lens, understanding the specific challenges that come from masking and accommodating differently functioning brains, whether that neurodiversity stems from trauma or is present from birth. While no mindfulness practice is perfect—hence the term "practice"—I help clients develop the physical and emotional skills to ground themselves, manage their responses to stress, anxiety, and the demands of modern life. My clients are coached to cultivate a healthier and more mindful lifestyle, despite the chaos around them.

Imagine being able to engage in self-guided mindfulness techniques several times a week, with ample time to prepare and eat healthy food. This includes recognizing when you need to "retune" your sympathetic nervous system through assisted movement and guided meditation. When you feel dysregulated, my aim is to help you identify what you need to recenter, whether that’s somatic coaching, exercise, yoga, or reaching out to your medical team.

My ultimate goal is for everyone to gain better control of their physical and mental health. I invite you to join me on this journey.
